By accessing and making use of this website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below (the "Terms"). If you do not wish to be bound by the Terms, do not use the Site.

The Site and Usage

The Site is operated by Lawyers' Professional Indemnity Company ("LAWPRO") in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. When using the Site to apply for and obtain TitlePLUS® policies, you understand that you are communicating and dealing directly and exclusively with LAWPRO and not through any agent or other intermediary, except where required by legislation in your province. The Site is designed, built, maintained and supported by LawyerDoneDeal Corp. ("LDD") to allow you and LAWPRO to directly communicate so that you may apply for, and LAWPRO may issue, TitlePLUS policies on behalf of your clients. You understand and agree that a processing fee (as detailed in the Site) is payable to LDD for such activity and that LDD is not acting as an agent for you or LAWPRO at any time.

Except where otherwise noted, LAWPRO or LDD is the copyright owner of the Site. For example, LDD owns the copyright in the Site as a compilation as well as in much of the textual and graphical elements of the Site. LAWPRO owns the copyright in the underwriting logic and insurance-related documents, including the textual portions of any policy application questions and related explanatory text. All content on the Site ("Content") is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. No portion of the Site may be transmitted, transcribed, modified, reproduced, displayed, sold, reposted, stored, translated into any other form, or otherwise used by you without the prior written permission of LAWPRO or LDD, as applicable, unless specifically provided for as follows. In particular, and without in any way waiving any of the foregoing rights, you may download and make one printed copy of the Content, without alterations, provided that:

LAW PRO makes no representations whatsoever about any other website which you may access through this one. The use of hyper links is a free service offered to you by LAWPRO and when you access a non- LAW PRO website, even one that may contain the LAWPRO/TitlePLUS -logo, please understand that it is independent from LAWPRO, and that LAW PRO has no control over, and does not monitor, the content on that website. In addition, a link to a non- LAW PRO website does not mean that LAW PRO endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use, of such website. Terms Subject to Subscription Agreement

Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, this Site is intented to be used exclusively by lawyers who have entered into a written subscription agreement directly with LAWPRO (and amendments thereto, if any) (referred to collectively as the "Subscription Agreement"). Any such use is subject to the terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement. Where any direct conflict exists between the provisions of these Terms and the Subscription Agreement, the provisions of the Subscription Agreement will govern.

Applicable Law

By entering the Site you acknowledge and agree that the Site will be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. You hereby agree and confirm that your use of the Site and all of the communications, transmissions and transactions associated with the Site shall have occurred in the Province of Ontario, Canada and that you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario as the proper and most convenient forum concerning the Site. If you use the Site from another jurisdiction, you are responsible for compliance with any and all applicable local laws. LAWPRO makes no representation that the materials contained within the Site are appropriate for customers outside of the Province of Ontario, Canada, except for materials explicitly directed at such other province.

Local Laws

It is important to note that TitlePLUS title insurance is not available in all provinces or in jurisdictions outside Canada. The content of this Site does not constitute an offer or solicitation to buy or sell TitlePLUS policies or other products, services or information to anyone in any jurisdiction in which an offer or solicitation is not authorized or cannot legally be made or to any person to whom it is unlawful to make an offer or solicitation.
